Mechanical Engineer Massa Built Co.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5 7 years of industry experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and components across a variety of projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create detailed designs of mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
• Project Management: Lead or contribute to project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from concept through production.
• Analysis: Perform engineering calculations and simulations (FEA/CFD) to ensure mechanical integrity, safety, and performance.
• Prototyping and Testing: Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and product integration.
• Documentation: Generate and maintain technical documentation including BOMs, technical drawings, and engineering change notices.
• Compliance: Ensure designs meet industry standards, codes (e.g., ASME, ISO), and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for product and process improvements, cost savings, and performance enhancements.
