Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of plastic extrusion and injection moulding processes

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of extrusion and injection lines

Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to gearboxes, motors, screws, barrels, machine levelling, and alignment

Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Handle die head setup, adjustment, and optimization

Interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals

Coordinate effectively with production and maintenance teams
