Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

Develop mechanical system designs, layouts, and specifications
Review technical documents and construction drawings
Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders
Conduct site inspections and oversee mechanical installations
Ensure designs adhere to local codes and standards
Troubleshoot mechanical issues during construction and operation
Support project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

10+ years UAE experience in building projects within a consultancy background
Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
