Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, rotating equipment, fire-fighting systems, and mechanical machinery.

  • Support in preparing and reviewing technical drawings, CAD models, specifications, and engineering documents.
  • Participate in site inspections, commissioning, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, civil, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct basic calculations and engineering assessments under supervision.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, BOQs, material submittals, and technical reports.
  • Evaluate mechanical equipment performance and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with UAE codes, international standards, and organizational procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated UAE National Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems across various projects. This role is well-suited for early-career engineers who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 0 4 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and systems.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Revit, MATLAB, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site when required.
  • Previous internships or project-based experience in sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory standards, international mechanical codes, and QHSE requirements.
  • Basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
