Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for 2 to 3 motivated Mechanical Engineers to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates looking to start their careers and experienced professionals seeking a flexible remote role. You will be the technical bridge between the company and our clients, handling inquiries and preparing critical technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Query Handling: Respond to incoming inquiries from clients regarding products, services, and technical specifications.

  • Quotation Preparation: Study technical requirements and prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations / proposals.

  • Site Report Compilation: Create formal, professional site inspection reports based on data submitted by field teams.

  • Client Coordination: Liaise with clients via email and calls to gather necessary information for order processing.

  • Documentation: Maintain organized digital records of all inquiries, quotations, and client communications.


Desired Candidate Profile

Who Can Apply?

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates (1-3 years) are also welcome.

  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical systems, strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word for report making).

Mandatory Requirements (Please read carefully before applying)

  • Infrastructure: Must own a reliable personal PC or Laptop with a stable high-speed internet connection.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must, as you will be drafting emails and quotations for clients.

  • Availability: Must be willing to work full-time from home during standard business hours.
