-Review project specifications, engineering drawings, and technical documents to understand project requirements.
-Conduct detailed take-offs and quantify the amount of steel needed for fabrication based on project plans.
-Leading the Estimation team and giving them full support for what they needed to complete their work.
-Estimate material costs, including steel plates, beams, pipes, and other components, by sourcing prices from suppliers and vendors.
-Analyze fabrication processes, labor requirements, and production schedules to determine the cost of manufacturing steel structures & Static equipment.
-Collaborate with fabrication teams, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing proposals.
-Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing for outsourced fabrication services.
-Prepare detailed Cost Estimation & Techno-Commercial offers for Steel -Structures, Pressure Vessels, Shop tanks, Site Erected tanks, Piping Works, and any other types of Steel Products.
-Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize costs without compromising quality or structural integrity.
-Participate in pre-bid meetings, and client presentations to discuss project requirements and cost estimates.
-Prepare & monitor the project budget, track cost variances, and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
-Stay informed about industry trends, material prices, and fabrication techniques to enhance estimation accuracy and competitiveness.
