Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Precisely install cable tray systems, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Perform accurate cutting, bending, and shaping of cable tray components using appropriate hand and power tools, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Securely fasten cable trays to structures, utilizing bolts, clamps, and other fixing methods, guaranteeing structural integrity.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of installed cable trays, identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Holds a relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in mechanical fitting or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a valid certification in working at heights and other relevant safety certifications.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of cable tray systems within the oil and gas or construction industry.
