Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately assemble components and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and improve mechanical systems for efficiency.
- Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure alignment with operational standards and specifications.
- Utilize specialized tools and machinery to fabricate and modify mechanical parts as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Document maintenance activities and repairs performed for compliance and future reference.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: A relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is essential.
- Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar mechanical fitting role is highly valued.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or welding, are advantageous and may be required.
- Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries is preferred.
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical fitting is desirable.
- Nationality Preference: Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, with an emphasis on local talent.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is crucial; additional languages are a plus.
