Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime of equipment.
- Lead a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment and preventing accidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Exhibits experience in managing mechanical systems, including rotating equipment, piping, and HVAC systems.
