Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of mechanics and technicians.
- Assign tasks and ensure they are completed on time and to specifications.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of completed work.
- Liaise between management, clients, and team members to ensure clear communication.
- Report project status, challenges, and solutions to upper management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Typically requires a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or technical training in mechanical engineering or related fields is advantageous.
- Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
