Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems within hospital facilities
- Supervise maintenance teams and daily technical activities
- Ensure the efficient operation of:
- HVAC systems
- Steam systems
- Chilled water systems
- Water treatment systems
- Medical gas systems
- Support preventive maintenance programs
- Participate in technical and maintenance-related projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Good supervisory and communication skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English and/or French
Good computer skills
The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically competent, and committed to maintaining high operational and safety standards within a healthcare environment.
