Roles & Responsibility

• Inspects incoming materials in accordance with applicable procedures, drawings, and codes.

• Conducts dimensional inspections and surveys for piping, equipment, tanks, and steel structures.

• Maintains tagging, marking, and identification of equipment, structures, and piping spools.

• Completes site walk-downs/PSSR visits and follows up on open punch items until closure.

• Inspects test manifolds, reviewing inspection records and accessories.

• Witnesses pressure testing (hydro and pneumatic), including reviewing test packages and verifying reports.

• Performs surveillance inspections to ensure compliance with ITPs/QCPs and client specifications.

• Conducts box-up inspections, verifying compliance with all stage inspections before equipment box-up.

• Ensures material preservation and traceability.

• Prepares timely and accurate reports to meet in-charge and department requirements, policies and standards.

• Verifies calibration of inspection tools and tests monitoring and measurement tools

Maintains records of all in house inspections and testing by third party or clients
