Responsibilities:

Review and verify mechanical installation drawings and specifications for high-rise projects.
Inspect mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and elevator installations during construction.
Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and tests on mechanical components and systems.
Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements related to mechanical works.
Identify and resolve technical issues and non-conformance reports.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
Ensure timely completion of mechanical inspections in line with project schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in mechanical inspection for high-rise buildings.
Strong consultancy background in the UAE.
Familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and report writing skills.
Certifications in relevant mechanical inspection standards are a plus.
