Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

� Hiring Now: Mechanical Lock-Out Tag-Out (LoTo) Coordinator
� Location: Ras Laffan
� Department: Commissioning

Required Candidates presently in Qatar with valid QID & NOC

� Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and coordinate Mechanical LoTo procedures
• Verify isolation points & issue LoTo certificates
• Conduct field inspections for LoTo compliance
• Maintain LoTo equipment & register
• Collaborate with commissioning & HSE teams
• Provide LoTo training & support incident investigations

� Preferred Candidate:
• Mechanical Technician/Operator background
• Experience in commissioning and field operations
• Oil & gas or petrochemical industry exposure

� Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Safety Engineering (or equivalent)
• Valid LoTo certification (mandatory), OSHA/NEBOSH preferred
• Min. 5 years LoTo experience in oil & gas/petrochemical
• Strong in mechanical systems, P&IDs, and safety protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & permit-to-work systems
