Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, providing technical support and training as needed.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.

Participate in root cause analysis for recurring mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for procurement of spare parts and specialized maintenance services.
