Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance for production lines and utilities equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor machine performance, analyze root causes of failures, and propose improvement actions.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and spare parts records.
- Support continuous improvement projects and machine upgrades.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and automation teams for smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
