Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a leading company specialized in HVAC and Electromechanical works.
You will be responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems, with a focus on HVAC units, pumps, motors, and electromechanical equipment across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
  • Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications
  • Provide technical support for on-site teams during emergencies or system failures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 4 to 8 years of solid experience in mechanical maintenance
  • Strong background in HVAC and MEP systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in large-scale projects is a plus
