Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of mechanical systems and equipment. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous operations.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and malfunctions
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
- Coordinate with operations teams to minimize downtime
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend replacements when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Must be a Saudi national
