Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and emergency procedures.
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with vibration analysis, alignment, and infrared thermography.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiate for the best equipment, spare parts and services, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing maintenance team through performance evaluations, targeted training, and career development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
