Responsibilities:

Oversee mechanical aspects of the solar power plant, including mounting structures, cabling, and mechanical installation.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and approve mechanical design drawings and specifications.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical components.
Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are strictly followed.
Monitor progress and resolve technical issues related to mechanical works.
Manage procurement and inventory of mechanical materials and equipment.
Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical installation for solar or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in managing mechanical teams in large-scale projects.
Knowledge of mechanical design standards and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with immediate start preferred.
