Responsibilities

• To priorities a safe way of working
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, such as cavitation, seal failures, or clogged clarifiers.
• Support on Developing, implement, and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance programs for the mechanical equipment
• Lead the installation, testing, and startup of new equipment and systems.
• Accountable for closing the work orders
• Perform the RCA of repeated problems with the stakeholders
• SME for Process equipment s by studying O&Ms and extract the required improvements
• Support on mechanical spare parts management program by identifying the classification of SP and the min/max stock for each.
• Adhere to the monthly mechanical maintenance budget and the spending plan.
• Propose the needed capex s to the mechanical manager
• Lead the installation, testing, and startup of new equipment and systems.

• Compliance with all regulatory rules applied within the Lesaffre Egypt

• Compile with all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service within timeframe
