Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize mechanical production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.

Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Analyze production data and workflows to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production floor.

Supervise and train production staff, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.

Assist in the selection and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for production.

Conduct root cause analysis of production problems and implement corrective actions.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical production technologies and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical production or manufacturing engineering roles.

Must have experience in Metal Fabrication

Proven track record in optimizing production processes and improving operational efficiency.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing methods, and quality control standards.

Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using production management and CAD software.

Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
