Mechanical Project Coordinator Energy Systems

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Coordinator to support our ongoing Petrochemical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on site experience and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution from planning to completion. This role requires excellent communication, technical understanding, and proactive project monitoring. Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily on-site project activities to ensure smooth workflow. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and contractor performance to meet deadlines. Maintain documentation including reports, work permits, material tracking, and meeting minutes. Communicate effectively with engineering, procurement, HSE teams, vendors, and client representatives. Support installation, testing, commissioning, and final project handover. Identify and resolve technical issues and ensure implementation of corrective actions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Industrial Projects. Strong experience in piping, valves, static equipment, and site execution activities. Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation. Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory for site mobility and coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
