Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily mechanical installation activities on site, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules.
  • Resolve technical issues related to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems in coordination with design and construction teams.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all mechanical works meet project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, installation, and integration of mechanical components.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of mechanical progress, inspections, and material deliveries.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are fully functional and ready for handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience supervising mechanical systems in construction, preferably within hospitality or high-end commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of large-scale mechanical installations, including HVAC, chilled water systems, and fire protection.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Sound understanding of safety and quality standards applicable to mechanical systems on site.
