Project Quality Control and Delivery:

• Leads mechanical completion, FAT/SAT, punch-list clearance, and system handover processes.
• Ensures readiness and reliability of critical emergency and safety equipment
• Initiates corrective and improvement actions to address deviations from approved work procedures and lessons learned.

Construction and Supervision:

• Oversees the execution of mechanical work offshore, including inspections, overhauls, modifications, and upgrades of rotating equipment, jacking systems, cranes, hydraulics, and piping systems.
• Reviews and approves work packs and procedures to ensure technical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance at all stages.
• Supervises mechanics, rigging teams, and contractors during project execution to ensure safety, compliance, and performance.

Budget Management:

• Contributes to budget savings and optimization by proper planning and better approaches.
• Contributes to revenue gains by delivering projects and activities ahead of schedule.

Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinates with service companies, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, including quoting, scheduling, cost reviews, design, assembly, spare parts management, FAT participation, and deliveries.
• Interfaces with classification societies, flag state inspectors, and 3rd-party auditors to secure approvals and certifications.
• Collaborates with internal departments such as Marketing, Workshops, Operations, and Manufacturing to resolve technical or operational challenges.

Team Management:

• Provides technical direction and mentoring to junior engineers and offshore mechanical crews, enhancing execution capability and safety culture.
• Trains and guides team members on best safety practices, regulatory compliance, and offshore operational standards.
