Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and provide knowledgeable support to help them select the right products.
- Promote and sell HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Target new customers and explore new business opportunities to expand the company s database.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous follow up.
- Conduct sales calls and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with new and repeated customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Assists all customers or potential customers in a professional, courteous, reliable, attentive, honest and responsive manner.
- 3 7 years of sales experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems
- Very good command of English
- Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills.
- Hard worker, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
