Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reviews and approves quality related procedures prepared on the project to ensure compliance with the project quality program/plan

Trains personnel assigned to the project on Quality related aspects as required

Recommends and evaluates the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement activities to project personnel to correct observed quality deficiencies

May maintain client liaison and communication for project quality related activities

May represent the project during quality assurance audits conducted by the client, management, or regulatory agencies

Identifies quality problems, initiates documented action and verifies implementation of solutions

Initiates and/or coordinates stop-work action, when warranted

Technical background in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and functions which impact the quality program/plan

Proficiency in providing direction and on the job training to assigned personnel

Desired Candidate Profile

The passion and drive and initiative to support the USLP

Knowledge of WCM tools and techniques and be able to demonstrate how they have used these to make improvements

Qualified degree with minimum 5 years working experience

HNC in relevant discipline / Degree in relevant discipline beneficial

Site Installation/Maintenance/Engineering experience (preferred) in Nuclear/Power Generation

Significant understanding of the hospital business and Operational Framework, or an ability to develop this quickly
