Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to ensure all team members are aware of best practices.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, material submissions, and change orders.
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets, providing insights based on site conditions and requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project execution and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical site engineering, preferably in construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent, showcasing commitment to professional development.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale projects, demonstrating the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar for design and analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus for international projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that all engineering work aligns with regulatory and safety standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating strong leadership potential.
- Physical stamina and the capability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor sites.
