Roles & Responsibilities

Missions


Prepare, coordinate and supervise industrial mechanical site operations, from launch to delivery.

Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, safety rules and the environment on site.

Ensure the day-to-day management of the operational teams (internal and subcontractors) with a particular attention to safety and collective performance.

Distribute tasks, organize human and material resources, and validate mechanical operating procedures.

To control the proper execution of the assembly, interventions, tests and commissioning of mechanical installations.

Be the technical interface between customers, the design office, suppliers and project management.

Report on progress, anticipate and deal with any deviations (planning, technical, safety, quality).

Participate in the preparation of mechanical construction files (procedures, plans, acceptance reports, feedback).

Desired profile


Minimum Bac+5 degree (Engineer) in industrial mechanics or equivalent.

Resident in Algiers or Blida

Recognized experience (10 years minimum) in the management of mechanical sites in an industrial environment (energy, metallurgy, process, infrastructure, agri-food, etc.).

Good mastery of mechanical equipment, reading plans, and safety standards in heavy industry.

Proven skills in managing multidisciplinary teams (steering, coordination, facilitation).

Good communication, sense of organization, rigor and responsiveness.

Sense of responsibility, commitment and customer service.

Autonomy, team spirit and willingness to develop skills.
