Roles & Responsibilities

Oversees mechanical works (HVAC, piping) and manages site teams.


  • Oversee the installation of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and engineering drawings for optimal performance.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any deviations from project plans, maintaining high standards.

  • Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, tools, and materials, to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime on the construction site.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent, demonstrating project management expertise.

  • Brings a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical construction, showcasing practical industry knowledge.
