Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and BMS, as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedule requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee VRF systems, ducting, chilled water systems, and plumbing networks.
Monitor integration and control of Building Management Systems (BMS) related to HVAC and mechanical operations.
Manage site manpower and organize daily tasks effectively.
Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical site supervision (construction or interior fit-out projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of Saudi mechanical codes and standards related to HVAC and plumbing systems (e.g., SBC 501, SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, and IPC).
Proven experience in HVAC systems, ducting works, chilled water piping, plumbing installations, and BMS integration.
Proficient in using technical and site management software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle site challenges and manage workforce efficiently.
Transferable Iqama preferred (for non-Saudis).
