Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


The Mechanical Structural Foreman supervises and coordinates the daily activities of mechanical and structural construction teams on site. This role ensures that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the work of mechanical and structural laborers and technicians
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to plan daily tasks
Monitor work progress and report on site productivity
Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are met
Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on site
Train and mentor junior staff and new workers
Address and resolve on-site issues or delays promptly
Ensure proper documentation of work activities and daily reports

Qualifications:

Relevant technical diploma or certification in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a foreman in mechanical/structural construction projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical and structural construction methods and materials
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
