Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems in buildings.
  • Supervise technicians and ensure work quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain equipment performance reports and spare parts inventory.
