Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

maintenance of HVAC, cooling towers, chiller plants, water pumps, plumbing, sewage systems.

Supervise, train, schedule mechanical technicians subcontractors.

Lead emergency repairs troubleshoot, ensuring minimal downtime of utility equipment.

Manage maintenance records, work orders, spare parts inventory using CAFM/CMMS software.

Submit daily reports to the Facilities Manager on team activities, breakdowns, repairs.
