Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Supervise and monitor daily mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical installations.

Ensure all mechanical systems are installed as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Civil Supervisors, and Electrical teams to ensure smooth on-site operations.

Check and approve materials before installation and ensure proper usage at the site.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), ASHRAE, and NFPA standards.

Monitor subcontractors work and ensure quality, safety, and timelines are maintained.

Conduct inspections and prepare daily progress reports for project management.

Participate in system testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Identify technical issues on-site and provide immediate solutions.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.

Prepare snag lists and ensure all rectifications are completed before final handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1- 3 years of experience in mechanical site supervision (preferably in construction or industrial projects).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Good understanding of technical drawings and project coordination.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
