Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and other systems on-site.
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Coordinate and assign tasks to mechanical tradesmen and monitor progress.
Ensure all mechanical activities comply with safety standards and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections to verify quality and safety standards.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the team.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other disciplines.
Maintain safety records and report hazards or incidents.
Ensure timely completion of mechanical work within the project schedule.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision, particularly in building construction and MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid safety certifications preferred.
