Roles & Responsibilities

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor specializing in Rotatory Maintenance for a short-term assignment of 25 days. This role requires a highly skilled professional to oversee and manage rotatory equipment maintenance activities at the plant. The successful candidate will ensure efficient maintenance operations, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical supervision with a focus on rotatory maintenance.

  • Proven hands-on experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, gearboxes, and motors.
  • Experience working in a plant environment, preferably in oil & gas, power, chemical, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of rotatory equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&ID, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in using measuring and alignment tools like dial gauges, laser alignment tools, feeler gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
  • Good leadership and communication skills to manage and coordinate maintenance teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to mechanical maintenance.
  • Ability to work efficiently under a short-term contract of 25 days with a focus on timely completion of maintenance tasks.
