Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.

Preparation of commissioning plans, commissioning program and commissioning activity trackers.

Preparing Operation and maintenance manuals, Training manuals and Asset registers.

Prepare testing and commissioning method statements and procedures as per the manufacturer's recommendations, project specification and international standards.

Review the design drawings and highlight commission issues.

Prepare a design review report for mechanical systems, including the design calculations review and drawings review.

Design and Development:

  • Create and analyze mechanical system designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and modelling.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Participate in design meetings and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Technical Analysis:

  • Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
  • Perform energy modelling and analysis to optimize system performance.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering power major.
knowledge of international codes and standards and for Saudi Arabian mechanical and Civil Defense standards.
0-3 years of Proven experience in mechanical systems design and project management.
Good command in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
Good command of Revit MEP Software.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Very Good English Language spoken and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
