Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review and make the design drawings and highlight commission ability issues.
Prepare the progress report as per the site activity and highlight the issues effecting the commissioning process.
Prepare a design review report for mechanical systems like HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems including the design calculations review and drawings review.
Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and modeling.
Utilize HAP and Elite fire software for design calculations.
Analyzing existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.
Manage the technical office engineers to make sure the technical documents are being prepared with the highest quality.
Evaluating project requirements and proposing innovative design alternatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Supervise, lead and train junior engineers to ensure their technical development goals are met.
Interacting with the Management & Contractors / Supervisors for the quality and service problems.
Liaise with mechanical authorities for the approval of service connection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 years experience in MEP Projects.
- Very Good in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Very Good in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
