We have immediate job Opening for Mechanical Technician

Min years of experience: 8 to 10 Years + exp with petrochemical or Refinery Experience

Primary purpose of this job: Troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning of plant process equipment Key selection criteria: Good communication skill. Should be a good team player. Should able to understand the maintenance principles. Should be knowledge on Petrochemical Industrial safety and standards

. Skills & Competencies:

· Knowledge of principles of Rotating Equipment, Seals, Bearings, Vibrations and Lubrication.

· Knowledge and repair of Trouble shooting and repair experience on equipment’s in Petrochemical plant such as Large Compressors, Pumps, turbines, Gear boxes, Fin fans and Agitators

. · Knowledge on understanding the Engineering and cross-section drawings.

·Knowledge of reactors, Boilers, Process Furnace, Heat exchangers, plate exchangers ,coolers ,valves and other process equipment

. · Knowledge of Mixer, Melt pump and Pelleting unit.

· Working practical knowledge on Laser Alignment and other alignment methods, rebuild and troubleshooting techniques.

· Knowledge of process safety principles.

· Troubleshooting skills.

·Ability to understand and implement the maintenance procedures.

·Understand the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.

· Take quick and decisive actions in emergencies, equipment failures or any process deviations.

· Be vigilant for any fire and safety hazards in the plant.
