Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily routine maintenance activities for chemical dosing pumps and tanks.
  • That include Preventive Maintenance services, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Root cause analysis of the failures and supply of equipment spares & materials for the all the Mechanical Assets of the Chemical System Dosing Packages.
  • Perform regular inspection and maintenance of Chemical Injection System and do the required adjustments as per supervisor instructions.
  • Checking the running condition of each equipment and make adjustments that are necessary to ensure the performance is within the design operation and maintenance limits

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as Mechanical Technician ( Dosing Pumps & Tanks)
  • Experience with rotating equipment, specifically pumps (diaphragm, centrifugal) and hydraulic systems.
