Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and other machinery

Conduct welding and fabrication work, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment and systems

Install and commission new mechanical equipment and systems

Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operation of resort facilities

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment maintained

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience as a mechanical technician with welding and motor repair expertise

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, buggy and other machinery

Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
