Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults in rotary equipment
  • Carry out pump alignment, gearbox servicing, and conveyor maintenance
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of mechanical systems
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment to minimize downtime
  • Follow safety standards and operational procedures at all times
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
  • Report daily maintenance activities to supervisors

Technical Skills

  • Experience with rotary equipment maintenance
  • Pump alignment and troubleshooting
  • Conveyor systems maintenance
  • Gearbox repair and servicing

Work Environment

  • Ability to work in dusty and high-temperature environments

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Secondary School / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field
