Were Hiring: Technician Power Plant (Mechanical)

Location: Saudi Arabia
Department: Manufacturing Operations
Reports To: Supervisor Power Plant (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of turbines, generators, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and related mechanical systems.
  
• Support routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  
• Help with troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions for mechanical issues.
  
• Participate in the installation and calibration of mechanical equipment and instruments.
  
• Ensure safety compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Work closely with supervisors, operators, engineers, and fellow technicians to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  
• Technical certifications in mechanical maintenance (mandatory).
  
• SCE Membership (required).
  
• 02 years experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a power plant or industrial setting.
  
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & project management tools.
  
• Proficiency in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
  
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
