Roles & Responsibilities

  • Study tender documents and identify mechanical scope requirements.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submissions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical data.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and tender guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely tender packages.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents during tender stages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 4 years of experience in Tendering or Technical Office within contracting companies.
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems: HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and technical reporting abilities.
