Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- To assist grade/evaluate all trainees.
2- To assist and evaluate the Tools and Assets needed for an efficient standardized workshop.
3- To assist/plan the training annual plan with the training manager to cover the training needs and strategic goals of top management related to educational objectives and trainers development.
4- Provide training information & knowledge by recording training activities history, and his training courses which will be conducted in house.
5- Develop a library of lesson plans, training exercises, and exams to ensure a continuous quality of training.
6- Keep aware of O.E.M technical guidelines, publications and etc.
7- Assist in following up all tools and equipment which are supplied by the employer.
8- Conduct the examination required in the assessment of trainees.
9- Coordinate with educational instructions for training of trainees.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Sc. Degree in Auto Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
Special Certification or Training Required: level of Master technician in Automotive
Required Industry Experience: 2 years as an Automotive Engineer Technological Requirements: be aware of Automotive technology systems and Automotive services. Language Requirements: Fluent Arabic, Fluent English
