To assist grade/evaluate all trainees.

• To assist and evaluate the Tools and Assets needed for an efficient standardized workshop.
• To assist/plan the training annual plan with the training manager to cover the training needs and strategic goals of top management related to educational objectives and trainers development.
• Provide training information & knowledge by recording training activities history, and his training courses which will be conducted in house.
• Develop a library of lesson plans, training exercises, and exams to ensure a continuous quality of training.
• Keep aware of O.E.M technical guidelines, publications and etc.
• Assist in following up all tools and equipment which are supplied by the employer.
• Conduct the examination required in the assessment of trainees.
• Coordinate with educational instructions for training of trainees.
