Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and integrate mechatronic systems for temporary live events and shows

  • Assemble, wire, and configure electromechanical rigs on-site
  • Integrate sensors, motors, actuators, lighting, and control systems for live use
  • Program and operate microcontroller-based systems for event control
  • Support rehearsals, show runs, and live demonstrations
  • Rapidly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues during events
  • Collaborate closely with event production, creative, and technical teams
  • Ensure all systems meet safety, redundancy, and reliability standards for public events
  • Assist with load-in, setup, testing, operation, and teardown

Skills and Qualification:

  • Knowledge of DMX / Art-Net protocols and show-control signal flow
  • Strong understanding of Unity 3D and C#, particularly for real-time and interactive event content
  • Experience using Python for automation, control scripts, or data processing
  • Background in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Embedded Systems
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in live event environments
  • Comfortable supporting rehearsals, live shows, and rapid on-site troubleshooting

Desired Candidate Profile

Design, build, deploy, and operate electromechanical systems exclusively for live events, shows, brand activations, and temporary experiential setups. The role demands hands-on execution, fast troubleshooting, and reliability under tight timelines and live show conditions.
