Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechatronic systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in automated machinery and production lines.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new mechatronic equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and optimize equipment efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Support the development and execution of maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and junior staff on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics, automation, and maintenance best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in mechatronics maintenance, automation, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
