About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms.
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media buying strategies across multiple digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from initial briefing and audience segmentation to creative direction, ad trafficking, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data and analytics to identify optimization opportunities and ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with brand messaging.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and channels for growth.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in media buying and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, analyzing campaign data, and achieving performance goals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in conducting paid campaigns with successful records and achieved KPIs.
- Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-focused brands.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
